Hopeville Care

Supporting young people who have grown up in alternative care is essential so that these young people can lead independent lives and avoid potential homelessness.

This is why in conjunction with Thrulife we set up Hopeville Care an early intervention programme bridging the gap between leaving care and semi - independant living. Thus aiding a successful transition to a self-reliant life as adults.
